Rose Water, Aloe Vera, Shea Butter, Olive Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil, emulsifying wax, cetearyl alcohol, stearin acid, sodium lactate, optiphen, phthalate-free fragrance and/ or essential oil

Herbal/botanical infusion of:Calendula, Chamomile, Rose, Marshmallow Root, Nettle Leaf, Lavender, Burdock Root

Add a dab (about the size of a quarter) to your hand (more if your skin is particularly dry or on rougher areas such as elbows and knees)
Warm the cream by rubbing your palms together.
Apply the cream to your body by massaging it with your hands in tiny circular strokes.

Repeat as necessary to completely cover your body.
