Why is Herbs N Lather no longer accepting returns? In order to remain FDA-compliant, Herbs N Lather cannot fulfill an order with products that have previously shipped to another location. Returned products are also a safety concern, as we have no way of knowing whether or not the returned product was altered after leaving our facility. Currently we do not offer pre-orders for out of stock items. We do offer the option to join that products ‘Waitlist’. The Join Waitlist option will be available on all product pages where there is an out-of-stock item.
